These Terms of Service govern your use of TONWEX currency exchange services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. General Provisions
TONWEX provides currency exchange services including fiat and cryptocurrency exchange in accordance with Polish law. Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have completed the required identity verification.
2. Exchange Transactions
All exchange rates displayed are indicative and may change. The final rate is confirmed at the moment of transaction execution. TONWEX reserves the right to refuse a transaction if there are grounds to suspect illegal activity.
3. KYC/AML Compliance
In accordance with Polish anti-money laundering regulations, we are required to verify the identity of our clients. You agree to provide accurate identification documents and information about the source of funds when requested.
4. Liability
TONWEX is not liable for losses resulting from exchange rate fluctuations after a transaction is completed, force majeure events, or unauthorized access to your account caused by your negligence.
5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Polish law. You may file a complaint by contacting us at info@tonwex.pl. We will respond within 30 business days.
